Furnitura™ Return & Refund Policy (Australia)

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact hello@furnitura.com.au.

The return address will be provided after approval.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Delivering the item to the provided return address
  • Paying all return shipping or courier costs

We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Furnitura™ is not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@furnitura.com.au.

If confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
